Homestay family Administration fee $50.00 for a long term placement payable upon being selected for a student placement. No administration fee is charged for placements of 2 months or less.

Homestay fee; this fee is paid to the host family for providing a place in the family home. Host family payment is payable to the host family on the day of arrival in the host home. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st day of each month. One month’s down payment maybe required 30 days prior to secure a homestay. All rates are based on single occupancy.
Additional Services:
Airport Pick Up & Orientation: $80.00
Departure Drop Off: $50.00
These services fees are due at time of host family confirmation.
Group Rates:
Group rates for 10 or more are available upon request
Payment Information
Homestay payments are paid directly to your homestay family on the first day of each month.
If you are attending a language school, all payments are paid directly to the school.
All fees are quoted in Canadian funds. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, International Money Order or Paypal
Refund Policies
Homestay Fees:
75% refund – cancellation 30 days or more before arrival.
50% refund – cancellation 14-29 days before arrival
No refund – cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.
